Obviously, the easiest way to buy things from us is to come into the shop, hand over your hard earned cash and take away your goodies!
However, for those of you unlucky enough to live too far away to just pop in, we would suggest that the best approach is to simply contact us via phone or email.
Since we are a real world shop with limited space to store stock, we would ask that you contact us to check the availability of the items you want. Then send us a cheque, or give us your credit card details (we accept all major credit cards) and delivery address, either by phone or email. If you are unsure about sending credit cards details via email, we can accept PayPal payments online - but please check availability of your choices first
before making a PayPal payment!
If you do wish to pay by PayPal simply
email us with your email & snailmail addresses and we will work out the total cost of your order and send you a PayPal payment request which you can pay via their secure server. For the time being we would ask that you do not try to pay us through PayPal before receiving a payment request from us - we will be upgrading to a direct payment system as time goes on but we're not quite equipped for it yet!
Shipping Charges
All prices listed here are the price you would pay in the shop - ie
without postage & packing costs. Shipping costs are added to the total cost of your order at cost where we can - we can do this most easily when taking credit card payments by simply adding the shipping to your order. However when you make a payment by cheque we will have to give you an estimated charge which you can add to your payment.
We charge postage in this way because we feel that fixed shipping charges usually result in the customer paying over the odds for shipping......something which we resent when we are the customers of other shops!
Please bear in mind that we are a small shop with a small staff so remember to allow time for us to process and ship your order if you need it for a present or such. If you do urgently need an item let us know at the time and we'll do what we can to hurry it out to you.
