History

So how did it start and who are the Sliders?
It all started back in 1995, although the UK audience did not view the show until later, on the BBC. A young genius called Quinn Mallory invents a form of interdimensional travel that at first has no name, but which later becomes known as Sliding. The inventor Quinn, travels one way down a wind tunnel, that on the surface looks like a whirlpool. The tunnel brings him to another basement just like his own. At first he believes that he has failed in his experiments and he has accomplished nothing, but then realises that he is in San Francisco, but not in his USA but in a parallel USA. The rest is Sliders History....................

Colin Mallory. The latest addition to Sliders, a naive but kind role and Quinn's long lost brother. Colin played by Charlie O'Connell, is Jerry's real life brother. A brief visit to Los Angeles during a college break turned into a six-month stay once he realised how much he loved the West Coast. A recent graduate of New York University's School of Drama, Charlie also attended Strasberg Institute and Atlantic Theatre.
