Welcome to the Re-Vamped "Angel Tears" (The Cry of Dawn Webring Centre)

I finally got round to doin' it! The site is a tad better laidout and all the usual gubbins are still here with a few new things that have been laying on my harddrive for the past 6 months.

'So what the hell is new here?' I hear you cry. Well for starters the menu system on the right now houses all the main sections of the site and we have become a non-frames, less Javascript, more content, Netscape leaning - but IE supporting site for the good, good people on the Original and still the best Dawn Webring.
